Looking in your purse, pocketbook, tote bag, back pack, wallet etc...what is the most important thing in there that you wouldn't leave home without...besides money!
Mine...cell phone and lipstick!
Come on, let's hear from all of you.
Happy Thursday,
~Karen~
I would not leave home without my cell and my debit card!!
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't leave home without my Drivers license. Good habit my dad ingrained within me.
ReplyDeleteDriver's License, cell phone and glasses.
ReplyDeleteAssuming I has my phone in my pocket, I would have to say my sunglasses. I hate being squinty...
ReplyDeleteMy inhalers, then my debit card
ReplyDeleteHand sanitizer, wristlet, cell phone and lip gloss.

Tissues, chewing gum, diary and phone :) I carry a BIG bag that contains much, much more than just those lol xx
ReplyDeleteNotepad w/pen and my tinted chapstick!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely phone, keys and iPad!
ReplyDeleteWallet with ID and debit card, phone, and organic sunscreen-free lip ointment/balm (I'm a little sensitive to the sunscreens, which is unfortunate since I'm fairer than Snow White). My purse doesn't hold much more than that anyway. Which reminds me that I need to get a slightly bigger purse -- 3 kids means I now need to keep extra essentials like tissues and sanitizer.
ReplyDeleteBesides the essentials- wallet, keys, phone- I always have my rosary beads.
ReplyDeleteEven when I streamline into a clutch for an evening it's always got cell phone, lipstick, driver's license, credit card, a few bills, and a pill case with Advil and Immodium, just in case. My absolute minimum to be carried with me everywhere!
ReplyDeleteESSENTIAL LIST
ReplyDeleteFront door key [so I can get into my home again] Phone. Handkerchief.
SECONDARY LIST
Carrying drivers licence is not a legal requirement here -but that is in my Filofax, along with a pen and an emergency £5 note.
Debit card and some business cards.
that's it! blessings x
I carry a small purse with Credit card, insurance cards, driver's license and wallet with $100 bill -Only take cell phone if we are traveling so leave at home because we can. LOL - can't believe how conncected everyone needs to be.
ReplyDeleteVictories Secret Strawberry Fizz Lipgloss! It has been a staple in my bag for 10+ years!
ReplyDeleteKaren my kids call me Inspector Gadget because I have everything
ReplyDeletein my purse. I mean everything,
from screwdrivers, pliers, sewing kit, first aid kit.....humm and so much more. I guess if I had to leave everything and just take two things it would be my drivers license (so if I have a wreck they know I am Inspector Gadget) and
cell phone (so I can call and tell
someone Inspector Gadget has had a wreck). LOL.
funny you should ask this!I had my travel coffee cup in my purse..thinking it was SAFE. NOT! Dumped coffee all over the inside of my purse. now all the purse DRECK is on the kitchen table! HAVE To haves: chapstick (hey! I live in the DESERT!), car remote, ATM/Credit card/drivers license, digital camera (you NEVER know when you will see a quilting design in someones shirt..or the floor tiles..or, well you get the picture!)and kleenex. I'm off to get a new camera...the lens won't open on the old one. Too bad, but I wanted one with video anyway!
ReplyDeleteOh, I've been known to leave the house without my license on more than one occasion (oops!), but being a mother of teens, I would never be without my cellphone! Although, now that they're at college, I've caught myself without *that* a couple times lately!
ReplyDeleteCell phone and driver's license...and photos of my grandchildren (lol).
ReplyDeleteOne more thought...usually have something small to read in case I get caught somewhere (like an oil change) and need something to occupy my time. (And no, I don't have a huge purse-just your normal Vera Bradley!)
My wristlet which has my keys, debit card, cash if I have any, drivers license. Tissues, but then again they are in all my pockets...
ReplyDeleteHouse keys and Burt's Bee Lip Balm...not necessarily in order of importance.
ReplyDeleteHearing-aid batteries. I know this wasn't the answer you were wanting; but, it's the truth! :-D
ReplyDeleteOh......this is so hard to answer just one. Inhaler, license, cell phone. sunglasses (can't step outside in Fl without them).
ReplyDeleteKeys and lipstick!
ReplyDeletewallet; and pouch that holds my epipen and benadryl.
ReplyDeleteMy Bible and my lipstick!
ReplyDeleteMy wallet, my keys & my phone! I feel completely naked without my phone & I don't even use it much. It's like a security blanket!
ReplyDeleteCell phone. I grab it before I grab anything else. Lip gloss is next.
ReplyDeleteDriver's License, cell phone, keys, and debit card
ReplyDeletecell phone and wallet...can't go out and not shop =P

I can't leave home without pen & notepad, also debit card!
ReplyDeleteCar keys and notepad/pen.
ReplyDeleteFor me it's cell phone, wallet and reading glasses.
ReplyDeleteCell phone and lately my camera just in case an opportunity arises to take a picture or two. ;o)
ReplyDeleteDo we assume keys, phone & wallet as a given? I travel light...the only other must have for me is my Burt's Bees Pomegranate Lip Balm.
ReplyDeleteShar
Driver's License

Right now my purse contains my wallet (money, credit/debit cards, checkbook & license), chapstick, camera, phone, small notepad and pencil, hand lotion, various coupons and Kindle. That's usually what I carry around everywhere. Rarely any downsizing for me :)
ReplyDeleteTums. Hey, I've got kids. I need my Tums.
ReplyDeleteMy reading glasses- otherwise I can't see a thing.
ReplyDeleteMy kid. Apparently, society frowns on leaving three year olds at home alone...
ReplyDelete:)
LOL
DeleteMy driver's license is always with me so I won't include that. So I never leave home without lip balm & hand lotion. I can't stand the feeling of dry hand & lips.
ReplyDeleteI don't know what's in there that I really wouldn't leave home without, but whatever you go looking for, it's always at the very bottom... can I get a witness?
ReplyDeleteHugs,
I always carry cell phone, keys (car & house) and card wallet. I can get along without most other things and really only carry a small purse these days.
ReplyDeleteIt's always Blistex and my Lactaid pills....otherwise I can't eat anything!
ReplyDeleteCell phone. Tissues, especially when it's cold!
ReplyDeletebottle of water, baby wipes (kids always know when you've forgotten them!) and lip gloss
ReplyDeleteHow could you list just one thing... Assuming I would have my car keys, I would still have to have sunglasses, wallet, phone and lip gloss. I could leave my coupons at home, but not if I was going out shopping... That is a tough question.

If I'm going to be gone a length of time, I need my water bottle, sunglasses, phone, credit card, driver's lic., lipstick, tissue, extra contact lens. I have much more in my purse, but these are the essentials.
ReplyDeleteCar keys, list of 'to-dos' and money.
ReplyDeleteYep, cell and chapstick!
ReplyDeleteMy keys, chapstick, drivers license.
ReplyDeleteBlessings
Robin
Drivers license, cell phone, and my camera, of course. How else would I get to 330 straight days of taking a picture every day?
ReplyDeleteCell phone, lipstick and a pen.
ReplyDeletemints and chapstick...always chapstick.
ReplyDeleteKeys and library card are most important to me.
ReplyDeleteCell phone first, book second, little notebook to jot any thoughts third. And then maybe keys. ;)
ReplyDeleteCell phone and chapstick!
ReplyDeleteIPhone, debit Card, pictures of the children and new grandson
ReplyDeleteWallet, cell phone, and lip gloss...I'm good to go with those.
ReplyDeleteShirley Said:
ReplyDeleteMy mom always said not to leave the house without clean underware.
Oh you mean in my purse...keys, phone and debit card.
Lipstick, cell AND measuring tape!
ReplyDeleteCell phone and lip balm. I take these when I walk the dogs around the neighborhood. I have lip balms sitting all over the house.
ReplyDeleteBecause many public bathrooms have toxic chemical air fresheners I always bring my surgical mask, I use it also if I have to go down the cleaning products isle though I make most of my own chemical free products. I also have a small bottle of scent free soap so I don't have to use the chemical soaps that public bathrooms provide.
ReplyDeleteID, debit card, driver´s license, cell phone, book, sun and reading glasses, house keys.
ReplyDeletedebit card and keys...
ReplyDeleteI have chronic migraines. The rule among my family & friends is that I can go anywhere as long as I have my prescription meds and my credit cards.
ReplyDeleteBesides the essentials for driving, identifying myself and spending, I carry a little coin purse containing ...
ReplyDeletea measuring tape, a magnet, and a magnifying loupe.
What if i find a treasure somewhere?
A little sewing kit and a small screwdriver with both phillips head and regular flat head. Never can tell when you might need them...
ReplyDeleteglasses...if they are on my face, I guess money, hand cream, then my phone - that order...
ReplyDeleteLip gloss, cell phone, ibuprofen.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite writing pen and tissue.LOL allergies
ReplyDeleteDebit/Credit Card, license, keys, hand lotion, nail file (I'm OCD about chipped nails), ipod, camera (you never know when a good photo-op will arise), tissues and extra meds (Excedrin, Motrin & allergy), at least one pen. As you can tell, my purse is never small.
