I am THE cookie baker to those that know me....well my sister, Amanda, is pretty good.... anyway, my favorite are my Kitchen Sink Cookies. Everything BUT the kitchen sink! Nuts, chocolate chips, chocolate chunks, craisins, coconut, oatmeal, butterscotch chips....These are very popular!
Yes, oatmeal raisin or those giant super soft iced sugar cookies that they sell in the bakery section at the grocery. So sweet they make me sick every time but I alsways eat them.
There is an Italian Bakery here in Philadelphia called Isgro's. The family has been making cakes, cookies and pastries for 100 years. They still use the same exact recipes as the grandfather and never changed them. Biting into one of there cookies is like stepping back in time.My favorite cookie is an almond paste cookie called an amaretto with pignoli nuts. What it is, is an almond paste and sugar macaroon with pine nuts on top. It's a Sicilian favorite!
Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal cookies - and the best part is that they are NO BAKE!!
I had an oatmeal raisin cookie yesterday as a treat for being a "good girl" and getting my flu shot! Love 'em... and gingerbread/molasses cookies too!
Samoas, but if we are going with homemade, Almost Oreos are my fav, with cream cheese frosting in the middle. YUM!(Recipe on my blog!) :)

Oatmeal raisin is good, but if we are talking favorite I have to go with chocolate chip cookies that are packed with chips and nuts. I also like them with the oatmeal too.In the Fall, which we are now starting Gingersnaps from my mom's recipe are the best.
Totally! Even better if it has walnuts :) Second favorite: Molasses Crinkles or any ginger cookie.
Snickerdoodle absolutely, but Oatmeal raisen is tops also. I just love cookies. Pie is my fav dessert but cookies are #2.
Oatmeal Raisin is my favorite cookie too! Maybe I shouldn't have read this post, because now I'm craving cookies!
Whatever is fresh out of the oven!
Immaculate Baking Ginger Cookies!!!!!!!!!! I made 2 dozen of them the other day. My husband ate 4 of them.....They are all gone....I'll leave the math to you! :)
I have two favorites - Homemade chocolate chip and of course Double Stuff Oreos. My dad loved oatmeal raisin!
Chocolate chip, followed pretty closely by peanut butter.
I love loaded chocolate chip cookies, lots of chocolate chips, white and dark , nuts, a bit of whole wheat flour and some flax meal, oh and some peanut butter!!!
DEFINITELY oatmeal raisin.....my recipe :)
I started out to make Oatmeal Raisin once, and found I didn't have any raisins. What to do... I did have an envelope of dried fruit mix, and used that. My SIL said they were the best cookies he'd ever eaten! (At the time he was a professional cook! Good for my ego. Did I tell you he is my favorite SIL? Did I tell you he is my only SIL?)Hugs,
I'm with AnnieO - molasses cookies. If I make them, my husband doesn't like them, so they all end up eaten by me. My thighs don't appreciate that one little bit.
Homemade chocolate chip.
Blonde Brownies or Chocolate chip
My all time favorite has to be oatmeal choc chip--thank you for all your blogging tips; I am a neophyte blogger....Julierose
Is there another kind of cookie? Try the ones at McDonald's they're 3 for a dollar and you're not tempted to eat the three dozen that you would have made at home.
White chocolate macadamia nut is my favorite hands down! :)
Homemade Chewy Chocolate Chip!
Oatmeal chocolate chip!
I totally agree with you - Oatmeal raisin. Unfortunately, I'm the only one in the family that likes them so I never make them because that would mean I would have to eat them ALL.
My mom is from Sweden and makes this Traditional WONDERFUL raspberry shortbread with a white glaze. This with a cup of coffee!!!
I can't say I have a favorite, but I don't like cookies with nuts, oatmeal or raisins.
Nothing even comes close to an oatmeal raisin cookie!
Oatmeal raisin or molasses or snickerdoodle or Whoppers cookies or a good peanut butter cookie...I can tolerate a choc chip, but they really aren't anywhere near the top of favorites.
I love most cookies fresh from the oven, but not oatmeal raisin. Just do not like raisins in my cookies. Also potato chip, but that was a long time ago, and since I'm much more sophisticated now (LOL), I might like them!
Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a comment...I just love hearing from you!
