Sew Darn Crafty Party...Week 25

Happy Sunday...Sunday at Sew Many Ways is sharing day on the Sew Darn Crafty Linking Party. This week for sewing all I did was mending. I sewed a hole in my husband's brand new shorts. He caught the pocket on something and ripped it like a piece of tissue! I also sewed a seam in my daughters work pants, a shirt and also sewed on a button. A friend at worked asked me to sew a window valence out of a dust ruffle that came in one of the bed in a bag sets. Came out cute, but didn't take any pictures before I gave it back.

What was on your "to do" list this week? If you want to share it with are in the right place!!

  2. Hahahah I read you sewed a hole and wondered what you were making now! lol I read on intrigued, hahah nope you mended the hole (still feeling silly)but I still maintain it's Karen who would know what she might be up did remind me however of a very
funny story told around the table last weekend at the olds house. Grandma having grandson staying for a couple of weeks while on work experience notice a pair of very holey jeans in the wash so set about mending them.. Grandson was not impressed when gran showed him her handy work Grandma I paid $200 for those jeans with the HOLES IN THEM still laughing

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a comment...I just love hearing from you!
