I vote a 'yes' to key lime pie for breakfast! it is one of my favorites... and sure tastes like summer. have a great day, and, oh, thanks for a great blog with so much great inspiration!
Heck yeah it counts. That's why when I have carrot cake for breakfast it's my vegetable for the day, plus my dairy with the cream cheese frosting!
Absolutely it counts. One of my favorites!
LOL...If I eat an oatmeal cookie and millk is it like having a bowl of oatmeal? =) So funny. =0P
Mmmmm Every Saturday morning I used to meet with a group of friends for pie and coffee. We did this for years until our group dwindled down to just two of us. I miss those times!
What a great idea! Sure beats a bowl of shredded wheat!MGM
Of course. I always love a piece of cherry pie for breakfast!
I agree with everyone here. What would a piece of chocolate cake take the place of...
AND if no one saw you eat it - it doesn't count anyway!!! he he he!!Have a great day!!
Chocolate Cake - Don't you remember the Bill Cosby stand up comedy show. Chocolate Cake has eggs, flour and milk... I've always loved that one. Wish I had a copy or maybe it is on Youtube.
Definitely! Oh, that is making my mouth water...yummy!
Key lime sure sounds better than the oatmeal that I had for breakfast! We have the cd of Bill Cosby and his chocolate cake that Jackie was talking about. My husband and I enjoy playing it every once in a while when we need a good laugh! Thank you for letting us enjoy your blog!
One certainly must be dedicated to getting one's daily Vitamin C... good for you for knocking that out first thing in the morning!
Pie, any pie for breakfast just starts the day off right! Sadly I only do that a couple days a year =(Thanks for a fun and informative blog and now I need some pie.....
Absolutely! That is also one of my faves :) If you like key lime you should check out my key lime fudge recipe, on my blog Karen! Bet you would love it. It also counts as vitamin c! :)
Yes, yummy vitamin C!!!!
Sounds wonderful and definitely loaded with vitamin C! And we do need to eat plenty of fruit... enjoy!
Sure, have another piece for me today, since I am not allowed to indulge.
Debbie from Alabama, again. Can you come play with me and have a spend the week, let's plan a sewing room, sleepover? PLEASE! I have 2x4 walls and plywood floors. I am so full of your ideas. I bow to you, Yoda of the sewing room world. I do. :) My family will never see me once I get out there. Comfort, quiet, and finally, damn it, a space for me. I also have 2 college kids, but.....,they (whisper) commute.....screammmmm...Now, I think that I will add a lock. 'Think that I will hit the hardware store with a wish list. Need little jars with lids, too. Thanks again for the great ideas. dp
