Quick Easter Egg Gift Wrap Idea...

I made these Easter egg gifties for my nieces and nephews last year, but I forgot to share it on my blog. In years past, I always made gift baskets of candy and little toys for my extended family. However, as kids get older, a little candy and a little money is a favorite.

Here's how I wrapped their money and still had an Easter theme!!

Easter gift wrap

Great idea and inexpensive to put together...

I used a small cellophane bag, plastic egg and gift basket grass. You can use Easter grass too, but I had this cute brown filler.

Stuff the bag with the grass and money goes in the egg.

Nestle the egg in the grass like a bird's nest and tie on a cute bow!!

Easter gift wrap

Blue for the boys and pink for the girls!!

I always add a bag of Reese's Pieces too...have to have a little chocolate for Easter!

  1. This is the perfect idea for my two kiddos. They are now 10 and 14... so no more baskets.

  10. Cute idea! Hope I can put it together quickly. Our crafting supplies are limited in our small town. No Target, no Hobby Lobby, no Michael's, only Walmart. Tomorrow, Monday, I will shop! Thanks for the inspiration.
