Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Garlic Aioli Dip Recipe...

Hi everyone. I wanted to share a recipe I found here. I love brussels sprouts, but it was a new veggie for my family and they loved it. Well, not my husband…he wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Garlic Aioli Dip…

 Delicious!

Quick and easy recipe for a side dish or appetizer…

I bought the brussels sprouts on the stem. You can buy them fresh in a package too.

It was only $5.00 for the whole bunch. I thought it was just so pretty!

The original recipe called for canola oil, but all I had was olive oil.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

I might try a little garlic powder next time too.

Try 15-20 minutes at first. I finished at 25 minutes. Depends on your oven.

Garlic Aioli Dip

1/2 cup mayonnaise. I used Olive oil mayo, but any will do
1/2- 1 teaspoon finely minced garlic. Add more to taste
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 Tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped fine
salt and pepper to taste

Mix together and serve with roasted brussels sprouts as appetizer or side dish.

The little stem acts like a handle to scoop the yummy dip! Tooth picks will work too for appetizers.

Enjoy,

  2. Hi Karen, this sounds like a great recipe but as I am the only one in my family who likes them it would be a waste!!!!! My husband would be with yours and the ten foot pole and so would our Boys!!!! At Christmas I bought five little sprouts just for me!!!!!! Lol Have a lovely day. Susie x

  5. Since no one in our family likes brussels sprouts, I rarely buy them. And until this post, I did not know that there was an "s" at the end of brussels ... live and learn!!! And I have never seen how they grow on a stem like your photo. You are just a fountain of knowledge girl!!!!!

  7. This looks like a nice treat and something I can actually eat. I make my own mayonnaise, but wondering if this would work with yogurt for the mayonnaise? I just saw a recipe that used yogurt for a dip and similar ingredients.

  9. I may have to skip the sprouts, but I could use the aioli for something I'm sure!

  10. I love brussel sprouts and my dad was a real hater until I did them this way and added some crumbled bacon. My son tells me that men will eat anything if there is bacon

  11. I love roasted brussel sprouts. We had them for Christmas dinner this year. Have only seen the ones on the stem at TJ's. I must say never thought of a sauce with the roasted sprouts but it sounds delicious and I'm going to try it.
