I use them whenever I"m handling raw meats or poultry & all kinds of fruits & veggies. I have very sensitive hands that tend to crack & get sore, so the gloves have been a lifesaver for me. The light-weight plastic ones will not stay on my hands, but no probs with the surgical ones. Love them!<br />CASAn Oasis in the Deserthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03775583025686145582noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-444221130150558371.post-23477933634669514532012-07-16T20:26:23.150-04:002012-07-16T20:26:23.150-04:00I am a dental hygienist and I also wear gloves whe...I am a dental hygienist and I also wear gloves when cutting onions! The Junk Fairyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15435368361682990450noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-444221130150558371.post-85536774230287847342012-07-16T20:09:02.015-04:002012-07-16T20:09:02.015-04:00Great tip, I hate smelly hands.Great tip, I hate smelly hands.Gaylehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16928609611962705614noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-444221130150558371.post-48503129818342863382012-07-16T13:16:29.058-04:002012-07-16T13:16:29.058-04:00I keep some of my used coffee grounds from the mor...I keep some of my used coffee grounds from the morning coffee. Works every time. If you're not a coffee drinker, I know you can get coffee soap for this same purpose. I just hate to produce more unnecessary waste. Once while in a fancy kitchen supply store I saw that they were actually selling bars of stainless steel shaped like bars of soap for that exact purpose, but they were kind of expensive, light bulb went off..."Hey, I've got a stainless steel sink!!!"pipp5https://www.blogger.com/profile/15793776387921504578noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-444221130150558371.post-36070734730560730332012-07-16T08:22:45.256-04:002012-07-16T08:22:45.256-04:00I have one of those stainless steel "oval sha...I have one of those stainless steel "oval shapes" and it works too !
