Sew Darn Crafty...Top 3 Most Viewed Post

The linking service I use for the party shows how many views each project has, so here are Sew Darn Crafty's Top 3 for this past week. Everyone who adds their projects are my favorites, but these posts below are the most viewed this week.

The first post is from Jan at Bessie Mary blog. These hanging fabric bags are just too cute. I can think of a million places I want to use these. Thanks so much for sharing this great project with us Jan.

Next is from Kirie from the blog Shape Moth. This beautiful rainbow brick wall quilt is made from a jelly roll. Such inspiration...the colors are amazing. I really need to start quilting again. Thanks so much for linking up to the party.

Last, but certainly not the least is this awesome bag from Suzan from the blog The Reluctant Quilter. Suzan "sewed up a storm" and made these beautiful bags. Pop over and take a look at more. Thanks Suzan for linking up...love them!

Thanks to everyone for linking up. See you on Sunday for another edition of Sew Darn Crafty.

Take care,
~Karen~

  1. I think the actual tutorial for the hanging bags came from this site:

  2. These are some amazing projects. I really must get back to my machine! Funny how life has a way of derailing our great intentions! I too have seen the bags at the mother huddle, but Jan's bags are lovely as well!

  8. Love all of the projects Karen, but I was wondering if you ever
finished the red and white quilt you had everyone make a block for.
The one that was for the lady that was ill and how is she doing now.
Cute bags and love your craft party.

  9. I had so much fun participating and sharing the bags -- even if they were not properly hung at the time! I can now report that they are hanging in their designated place, and I love them even more!
As stated in my post, and as Nancy pointed out, the original directions are from The Mother Huddle blog.
I am at Market this weekend, and did not get any sewing done last week, but I am definitely anxious to see what everyone else was creating! Thanks for a great party!
